Fluentbody & Playful Improvisation

Montag 20 - 22 Uhr

Elle & Lina have been preparing for you a mix of juicy Fluentbody & playful improvisation. You will have time to reflect on what's coming up in between, write, share and listen deeply to your bodies and Elle's bangers. We will shake everything that needs to be shaked, bath in our yummy voices, look into each other's eyes, dance with slugs, and feel magical together.

This is especially for those bodies who feel nervous on the dance floor. We want to offer this time, and these methods of movement as an outlet for you, to use in whatever way resonates. Let's take up space, let's be silly, let's remember we are in it together.

Elle's improvisation practice revolves around imagination and play. In class they explore texture, imagery and connections to their surroundings. As a trans dancer Elle is curious to explore ways of experiencing fluidity and fantasy within their own body. They invite you to join them in this exploration, and to gently understand the extent of your own creativity and movement.

Lina invites you on a somatic journey into the practice of Fluentbody™ to gently tune into our bodies, intertwine conscious and unconscious movement, allowing past and future to dance with each other in the present moment and playfully awaken sensations through movement, breath and voice.
